Constitution

This constitution was prepared in July 2025 and was ratified through a residents’ vote at the first Residents’ Meeting held on Friday 5th September 2025.

It’s an important document that demonstrates that The Hilltop Park Residents’ Association (HPRA) has been established correctly and through the residents’ vote, legitimately represents all of the residents of Hilltop Park!
